Chili masters from across the state will share their delicious chili creations to attendees and celebrity judges. Auto enthusiasts will also love showing off their cars and motorcycles this year at our Car Show. Also zip lines for children, hay rides, nature scavenger hunts, as well as live music, raffle items, grilled sausage and veggie wraps. By donation! Mid Feb, CARFEST SHATTER THE STIGMA CAR SHOW: Kerrville, TX, indoors at Hill Country Youth Events Center. Registration starts at 8:00 am show is from 9-2. Car show for pre-2000 vehicles. RAIN OR SHINE this is an indoor event. Fundraiser to help the Volunteer Services Council for Kerrville State Hospital provide for patient needs not covered by state funds. Mid March - VINTAGE PORSCHE RALLYE: Boerne, Touring the Hill Country. A coalition of Porsche enthusiasts including some Porsche Club of America’s members, the Lone Star 912 and the Early S registry have been gathering in the Texas Hill Country for more than 10 years. They enjoy scenic drives and the many attractions that the Hill Country has to offer. The rallye is open to all vintage Porsche model years up to 1973 with exceptions for special post 73 models.
