The galleries, which are used separately for individual exhibitions and in tandem for combined exhibitions. The University Art Galleries and Visiting Artist Program are an integral part of the learning process for students, as well as a source of enrichment for the entire University and local community. While providing exhibitions that would not otherwise be readily available in the area, Galleries I & II enhance the academic environment by showing the work of prominent artists with established exhibition records, working in a wide range of media and styles as well as annual exhibitions by faculty, students, and alumni.
